[MLB-WIRELESS] 3 cheers for patents!

Yeah, Interesting that their news page has a bunch of litigation for their 
other product but they haven't found a target for this one yet. The patent 
examiners just don't know enough about some of these technical domains so 
they let it through. Only the lawyers win.

Their unique claims are limited to 3 (1, 23 and another one) so even 
forgetting prior art if you use a captive portal to get to a network (like 
melb wireless) that is not "global" then you are not breaching the patent. 
knock out that claim and all the dependant ones go too.

Their tricky lawyer xxed up on that one...
