[MLB-WIRELESS] Idea for Melbourne Wireless

That really doesn't need melb wireless. There's no reason the cameras 
couldn't just upload the files to a web site on the open internet. It's 
not like a webcam quality photo once every 10 minutes is a large amount 
of data.
