[MLB-WIRELESS] Cheap(?) 15mtr Telescopic masts

These will probably be 5 x 3m segment masts. They need at least 3 guy wires 
to hold them stable.

We had one up for quite a while, and they're fairly easy for a group to put 
up. They hold a shitload of stuff if you put them up properly and follow the 
instructions.
