Lots of the manufacturers are going to the Broadcom chipsets, probably because 
of their 802.11g support. 

However, the Veritech cards are using PRISM still (unless they've changed 
since I bought mine!).  I've got some working at the moment (not using HostAP 
though).  The pcmcia_cs card services loads the Orinoco driver for some 
reason, but it still works.

I've got a laptop with a mini-PCI 11b card in it as well, and that also claims 
to be a PRISM chipset but uses the Orinoco PCI driver.

One system is Debian, the laptop is Mandrake 9.1.
