In case anyones misplaces the ACA regs, you have to accept any
interference and not interfere with anyone else...

So if you need an amp to get over the noise, you are obviously going
to be interfering with someone else (possibly intentionally) and
that's where the cowboy factor comes into things...

Intentional interference to a commercial site could prove interesting
to say the least... (not to mention expensive if the ACA find you in
the wrong, and decide to hit you with a nasty fine over it)
