I have been looking for an AP with the facility to connect two aerials.
However all the ones I find seem to mention their antenna's are bipolar.
Does this mean that if i was to hook up a Parabolic to one then the
other would efectively halve it's range?
I intend to hook one up for house to house usage (obviously needing the
parabolic) and the other to be left offering wireless throghout my
premises (for laptop connectivity and such).
Surely someone has a similar configuration in place and can offer some
suggestions. I am not opposed to configuring two cards in a Linux box,
however I feel that an AP would be a much cleaner solution. (power on
and off with only a few seconds delay)
On another note, has anyone seen or heard of any 802.11g gear in oz yet?
