Yeah, I couldn't find a photo on the website. I'd much prefer to know
what I am getting before I purchase something.

There is also a firmware upgrade for the phone available on the website.

Having a look at http://www.packet8.net/about/IntPlans.asp, I assume
that is $49.90 US per month?

The link I've posted below also has a review of the service.

The latest firmware may already be on yours, as that lists 3 way
conferencing as a new feature.

I had a quick poke on Google, it may not work with Asterisk. It has been
noted here (http://revjim.net/comments/9611/?replyto=1425) that Asterisk
doesn't support the codec required to pass incoming calls from Packet8.
