[MLB-WIRELESS] Free WIFI IN VERMONT

Hi all 

Everyday I drive down Canterbury Road through Vermont. I did some
netstumbling whilst driving the other day and noticed that someone had
set up a free wifi access point somewhere between Boronia Road and
Springvale Road along Canterbury Road. The SSID said that it was free
public wifi access.

Any ideas as to who is providing this?
