You also need to ask yourself how many Worldy Secrets are kept on the
machine, to worry about locking it down so tight.

Wireless traffic is broadcast, so anyone in range will see the traffic if 
they put their network card in promiscious (speeling aside) mode. Ethereal 
will even show you the SSID in plain text from memory.

If the traffic is encrytped, that SSID isn't in plain text.
