[MLB-WIRELESS] German Hotspot Package influenced by MWRPHotspot

Hi Guys,

A Swiss-German guy has written a captive-portal package for the
OpenWRT-based Freifunk Firmware.  The interesting thing is in the README
file:

Nice to see some recognition - well done to the guys who worked on this. :)
