yes, my 12m mast was around $150 or so from Radio Parts.  can't remember the
exact price, but it was somewhere around there.

ps: try not to break any tiles and make sure you seal the roof up properly.
some overly fussy people in a household may not appreciate it when the kitchen
ceiling mysteriously develops a leak not long after the mast gets installed
(an entirely unrelated coincidence, of course :)
