[MLB-WIRELESS] MW Wiki editing in Safari - 414 Request URI too large Error

Anyone have a solution to editing MW Wiki pages in Safari?

Trying to save changes made to page causes "414 Request URI too large"  
error - some sort of endless loop occurs creating enormous URL's viz:

http://melbourne.wireless.org.au/wiki/?save=NodeBAE?NodeBAE? 
edit=NodeBAENodeBAE?edit=NodeBAENodeBAEeditNodeBAENodeBAE? 
edit=NodeBAENodeBAEeditNodeBAENodeBAEeditNodeBAENodeBAEeditNodeBAENodeBA 
E?.... etc ... etc ... for ever and ever ..
