[MLB-WIRELESS] telecoms carriers and class licience

One of the conditions of the class licenses is that you accept any and all
interference that your equipment may encounter. Having a carrier license
does not exempt you from that condition.

You can only complain if you believe that the station causing interference
is running illegally (ie over power etc).

Other than that, all you can do is cop it nicely.
