[MLB-WIRELESS] Melbourne Wireless2003 AGM Notification

Hi All, 
The Melbourne Wireless Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for the 
Friday 14th of November 2003. 

At the AGM we will be electing a new committee for 2004. You must be a 
financial member to nominate and vote, so join or renew your membership 
asap if you wish to take part. New membership applications must be in by 
the 6th November to be approved in time for the AGM.

We are calling for nominations for the positions of President, Vice 
President, Treasurer, Secretary and 2 x Ordinary Committee members. 
- A member can only be nominated for one executive position and/or a 
committee position. 
- You must be a member to nominate or be nominated. 
- Nominations must be seconded by another member. 
- You may nominate yourself. 
- Nominations must be sent to committee at wireless.org.au before 7PM Friday 
7th November 2003. 
- When nominating someone, make sure they are willing to accept, and have 
another member second it. 

Nominations will only be called for on the night for positions that have not recieved any prior 
nominations. ie. Dont expect to be able to nominate on the night, do it 
now! 


Proxy Voting. 
If you are unable to attend and wish to arrange another member to proxy 
vote for you, fill out and SIGN the form at http://melbourne.wireless.org.au/xxxxxx.xxx   Fax the form to 03 9542 7990 or send by mail to PO Box 12576 A'Beckett 
St Post Office VIC 8006. 
Proxy forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 7PM Wednesday 
12th November 2003.
