[MLB-WIRELESS] Need HELP please!!!

I am using a Cisco350 in my laptop.  First up, what version of firmware 
are you using?  Chances are you need v4.25.30 (off the top of my head) as 
ad-hoc apparently was not quite right beforehand in earlier versions.

There is a Linux utility Cisco make which will let you upfrade the 
firmware, and it's all available from Cisco's site.
