This is not quiet what I want to do, I need to run this seperate from the
factory LAN. I am still favouring my industrial PC with a prism based card
using something like pebble.

The reason why I like the WET solution is the machines (or robots as they
are really known as) is the PC based controllers are located in a large
metal structure, and are possibly impervious to RF, and the WET solution
suits...
