Umm, transportable phone? If you mean cordless phone, mine operates at
900MHz. And it's only the webcam baby monitors AFAIK that operate at
2.4GHz. Otherwise, we pick up baby monitors on 27MHz via No.1 son's Bob
the Builder walkie-talkies.
