[MLB-WIRELESS] [TIB] A new offer has been added to TIB - 16/01/2003

Those who use the TIB to post offers to the group do not have any control
of the email that gets sent automatically to the group. That has always
been the case.

Just a suggestion: include the link to the TIB web page 'for more
information', I didn't realise until yesterday that it actually included a
detailed description of the products on offer... I thought the few words
in the email was it. :)
