The craddle is somehow recognised, cardctl status shows the cards
presence, but cardctl ident only identifies the first (working) card.
I've tried setting PCIC_OPTS='irq_mode=1 irq_list=0', but it doesn't
give any difference.
During boot, I get the following error message:
Linux Kernel Card Services 3.1.22
options: [pci] [cardbus] [pm]
PCI: Enabling device 00:11.0 (0000 -> 0002)
PCI: Assigned IRQ 5 for device 00:11.0
PCI: Enabling device 01:0a.0 (0000 -> 0002)
PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 01:0a.0.
It looks like pci=biosirq does it's magic only once? (yep, 01:0a.0 is
the second craddle)
