Have you tried setting: PCIC_OPTS='irq_mode=1 irq_list=0' in your
pcmcia.conf file?
I think this is required for the second adaptor to be recognised

Subject: [MLB-WIRELESS] two enterasys cards in one machine?
Hi,
I'm running an old ppro200 machine, with an enterasys card in a craddle.
This works pretty well with the pci=biosirq parameter.
Having inserted another craddle, the machine completely locks up when I
insert the second enterasys card...
When I boot with the two cards inserted, the second card is disabled
somehow, untill I eject and re-insert it... (then it freezes again)
Running linux 2.4.20, Debian Sarge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
