Phone them up and complain every day to ask when your RIM is going to be 
upgraded. That should do it, or get you disconnected. :-)

- From what I've read I believe the proportion is about 10% of lines in a RIM 
can be ADSL enabled with this equipment, which is the same as for the normal 
exchanges.
