[MLB-WIRELESS] AWA and Sydney Wireless

I think one thing we are all missing a little at the moment is how much
of a voice we can have if we work together.

With the ACA and ABA currently considering how to handle community
wireless networks, we need to make sure we don't get left out in the
cold.
