I don't have a credit card so it won't work for me. I've actually got a
paypal account and can *receive* payments, but without a credit card I
can't *make* payments.

But lots of people I know overseas use it a lot.

I seem to recall some scandal on the net a while a go, I'll see what I
can dig up.
