[MLB-WIRELESS] Channels used by 802.11b devices are different in other countries?

Hello Robert,
as far as I know the only diff is, we are allowed 2 extra channels,
the channel assignments are the same, except channels 12 and 13 are
allowed maximum output of 200mW, the US isn't allowing any output at
those frequency ranges...
