Agree.  If someone wants to trade warez, do it on your own internet
connection at your own risk (and don't forget to smile at the nice Fed
agents ;) ).

Keep it off the network. 

Sharing Linux distributions as .ISO files is a different matter, of course,
and the network could be used to minimise the risk on someone blowing their
GB cap on downloading Linux distros and other free software.

I'd be more than happy to leave those sort of files available for others to
access.
