I think the Discussion Board on the website is very under-used. 

Personally I would be happy to use the discussion board instead of email as
everything can be kept in threads so it's easy to follow and you don't have
to read stuff you have no interest in. 

Hehe, another topic that's been flogged to the death.  I'm the opposite, I
dislike web boards, because they're time inefficient to access, and the
interface is clumsier than a mail reader.  Also, you have to go out and look
at it - and I tend to forget. :)
