[MLB-WIRELESS] ip allocation list based on suburb

melb, 10.2.x.x for richmond, etc, etc. then I went to http://www.street-directory.com.au/map_australia.cgi?file=street/australiasearch.htm
and did a grep of how many suburbs there are in Victoria... 660. so that throws
a wrench into the 255 suburb list. we could always group together the less populated
suburbs into 2 or 3 sharing one number. does anyone have a list of the populations
for all the suburbs? 

I thought this is exactly what postcodes did?!
