Sounds like a good starting point.  I'm not sure that for ease of
routing and "newbie" configuration that class C blocks wouldn't make
more sense but I think that is a discussion for "Geelong Wireless".

I believe (and I'm only speaking for my-self) that while I enjoy the
banter and ideas on the list we have a unique opportunity in Geelong to
actually get started with a "real deployment" and "just pick the bits we
like" from Melbourne Wireless.  A bit of a test-bed if you like.

The Geelong guys will put together a discussion paper and might meet in
a pub one night to thrash it out.  An IP range that doesn't conflict
with Melbourne Wireless is great way to start.
