Operational DNS? Was :Re: [MLB-WIRELESS] IP address range for Geelong?

P.S. I mean real, connected to root dns style dns services, not "managing the
ran reverse lookup table" !! (I am sure
there are plenty of people here who can manage that!)
I am happy to donate DNS services, however I would like to
know how this ties in with legal aspects of third party data
transmission over wireless etc.
