Ok,

Are you sick of the melb-wireless emails clogging up your inbox, but
want to keep up to date with what's happening?

I will try to explain how to filter your incoming mail using OutlookXP.

1: Create a new folder under your inbox called "Melb-Wireless" or
something similar.

2: Click TOOLS, then RULES WIZARD.

3: Click NEW

4: Select the first line "Move new messages from someone"

5: In the RULE DESCRIPTION down the bottom window, click "people or
distribution list" click on the melb-wireless contact and make sure its
in the right side of the window.

6: This should have brought you back to the previous screen, next click
"move to specified folder" and then select the Melb-Wireless folder you
created in step 1.

As far as I know, this should auto put all the melb-wireless emails into
its own folder. This is good so you don’t completely clog up your inbox.
