Fenn,

Take a look at the pins within the cradle, you'll probably need a little
torch, or for the card to be outside of the case, make sure that none of
the pins are bent/missing/weird.  Also take a look at the contacts on
the card, if any of them look screwed, then it's most probably stuffed.

I fuxored one up (along with a card) by placing the card into the cradle
the wrong way (byebye $100) - the consequence being that one of the pins
was bent in the cradle, and some nice new holes were made in the
wireless card.
