Some areas are well defined, for example, InnerNW Melb, which is basically
from LaTrobe St, covering the low areas, such as Nth Melbourne, Kensington,
Ascot Vale, Maribyrnong, the eastern part of Footscray, at least. There's a
whole basin around that area, real cow of a spot to get a signal into, but
local traffic within the area is usually.

My area is somewhat more complex, because it's basically a plain (nice and
easy), but deeply cut by several creeks and the Maribyrnong River. These
deep valleys require much more attention than the surrounding elevated
plain. The plain interrupted by creeks and river valleys is pretty much the
story for most of the middle and outer NW suburbs.
