[MLB-WIRELESS] Access Point Question

Hello All,
   I have found myself an Access Point, a compaq wl400, the thing is it 
only has a 10mb/s output on
the ethernet connection. I was wondering is this sufficient enough to run 
as an access point for my
area ?
