[MLB-WIRELESS] Roaming node?

There is no real requirement for high speed connections between nodes
for roaming in mobile IP. The latency of the connection from each node
to your home network controls the handover performance and the speed of
this connection is a limiting factor in the performance you recieve as
all incomming traffic is tunneled over it. The real problem is that
under IPv4 each network you roam to has to be set up with a foreign
agent (i.e. Mobile IP router).
