[kernel-xen] Xen 4.5.0 for EL6 now in el6-testing

Hi guys,

I've just rolled some Xen 4.5.0 packages for EL6 into the el6-testing repo.

Feedback welcome - especially in upgrading from xen44 to xen45 packages...
