[kernel-xen] EL7 status report - 2015-02-06

Hi all,

A quick update on my work to get Xen 4.5.0 packages for EL7...

After a good 11 hours work on this today, I'm please to report that:

1) Xen 4.5.0 installs and seems to work without issue.

2) kernel-xen installs and works as intended.

Known issues:
1) kernel-xen-firmware conflicts with a couple of stock EL7 firmware
packages. This will be resolved in the next few days.

As always, testing and feedback is welcome.
