[kernel-xen] Testers wanted - new kernel patches for xen-netback.

In a nutshell, a state may occur where the Xen Dom0 disables networking 
for a DomU after what is seen as a malformed packet gets sent. This 
seems to be a random occurrence and has been reported before. This also 
fixes the MAX_SKB_FRAGS problem we ran in to earlier.

Feedback is sought on Dom0s that used to trigger network disconnects 
before the MAX_SKB_FRAGS patch was introduced in kernel-xen-3.8.2-2
