Hi Ross,

That link is to the 'map.kml' file (which may have already downloaded to your computer. Either way if you download it and drag it onto Google Earth it will open the kml file and show you the overlay.

It puts it in your 'temporary places' and when you quick it should ask you if you want to keep it in your places.
