[MLB-WIRELESS] Node Database Housekeeping?

Does the node database have any facility to cull old inactive nodes?
Something along the lines of a system generated email where the node
owner has to click a link or their node gets marked inactive and hidden
or deleted from the database?

Browsing around nodes I see many where the "Last Seen" date is upwards
of 5 years ago with status' of "interested", "gathering", etc. Clearly
these people have moved on to other ventures...

There also seem to be quite a few duplicates, triplicates and even more.
JHP, JHQ, JHR and JHS look like someones failed attempt to create a
node 4 times in a row.
