9.Annual general meetings
(1)The committee may determine the date,time and place of the annual 
general
meeting of the Association.

10.Special general meetings
(4)If,but for this sub-rule,more than 15 months would elapse between 
annual
general meetings,the committee must convene a special general meeting 
before
the expiration of that period.

In english... an anual general meeting must be held within 15 months of 
the last one.

hasnt it been well over a year since the last annual general meeting? isnt 
it ment to be the same month every year? correct me if im wrong? wasnt it 
september last year we did the last one?

Hi All, 
Just a reminder that next Melbourne Wireless Annual General Meeting has 
been scheduled for the 14th of November 2003. 

An important part of the AGM will be election of a new committee for 2004. 
Be aware that you must be a financial member to nominate and vote, so 
please start considering your nominations soon and dont forget to join 
atleast 1 month before if you wish to take part. 

Nominations will be called for 30 days prior to the AGM, and close 7 days 
prior. More details about the AGM, nomination and proxy voting procedures 
will follow before then.
