[MLB-WIRELESS] Weird WIFI scan

Hey guys,
Ive scanned my area of Taylors Hill and found something weird, and it looks like a mesh network all in peer mode. The SSID is "brotless", does anyone have an idea of what it could be ?
Ive searched the mac addresses and nothing seems to come up...
