Hi Tony,

You are correct on the 1 transmitter,  but from memory, there are 
several modulation schemes
utilized to achieve the various data rates, FSK, PSK, CCK??? and some 
more maybe?

So maybe,  the modems only share the transmitter and can act 
interdependently of each other??

Anyone?
