Wow ... rarely do you see so few returns for a search term in  
Google. :) However investigating the Windows driver reveals it is  
based on a SiS163 chipset. Googling reveals that there seem to be  
lots of announcements regarding SIS's Linux support for that chipset,  
but no actual code.

I would suggest plugging it into a working Linux box, then sending  
the list the output of "lsusb" (as root) as well as the last couple  
of lines of "dmesg"
