[MLB-WIRELESS] New Website Feature: Links from Services

Hey all,

It was requested by a few users that appropriate services on node pages
were made into hyperlinks, to allow easy visiting.

This request has been completed, but is disabled by default.

To turn the option on:

1. Login to MW
2. Navigate to My Account [ http://www.melbournewireless.org.au/my/account ]
3. Check `Enable advanced website features` and hit update.


Currently, it will fill in links for the following protocols: ftp, ssh,
irc, http.

I'm very willing to accept feedback, and add new protocols if you can
think of any :)
