[MLB-WIRELESS] Remote Restart script help

 Hi

I need some help with creating a script where by I can connect to a WAP
site on my mobile and remotely restart a server. 

All I really need is it to just know how to run the shutdown command,
after that I can do the rest of the code myself.

My preferred language is PERL, but if you know how to do it in PHP I'm
willing to learn ;)
