[MLB-WIRELESS] Elevation maps on BrisMesh site

Is it time for a rethink of the LocFinder mapping system?

We should acknowledge the great work done by James Healy, Tyson Clugg,
Peter Buncle and Tom Fifield and any others I haven't mentioned in
making it work for Melbourne Wireless.

But it seems that an alternative exists that is:
* more accurate
* has more features already
* is also open source
* uses the more widely used GDS94 coordinate system instead of the old
AGD66 system
* is probably easier to add new features to

Perhaps we should seriously consider whether or not it would be easier
to just migrate to the BrisMesh MeshDB mapping database system. The
alternative would be to laboriously add each cool feature of MeshDB to
LocFinder one at a time - and as we've seen, it seems adding new
features to LocFinder is a slow process. By using the BrisMesh system,
the developers in Melbourne and Brisbane (and anywhere else) can work
together on the same system to add improvements.

Cheers,

Dan
