Well, the 200 mW Tx power is actually a disadvantage when going for the
longest legal (class licence) link, because if it shares the same antenna as
the Rx, you are restricted to less gain for the same EIRP, which means worse
receiver performance.  The key will be minimum necessary power and a LOT of
antenna gain...  sort of like a few mW and large dishes at each end.
