[MLB-WIRELESS] Seattle Times article on WiFi coverage in the US

Saw this whilst surfing today:

It discusses the different approaches that some towns/communities in the
US are taking towards providing widespread WiFi access.

In it they mention Seattle Wireless (http://www.seattlewireless.net) and
a company run by Seattle Wireless' founders called Metrix Communications
(http://metrix.net/metrix/).  They sell community wireless "kits", but
they're not really any cheaper than similar kits I've seen.  Still, food
for thought...
