[MLB-WIRELESS] USB <-> PCMCIA adaptor for wireless

Hi,

I am looking for a USB <-> PCMCIA adaptor to use a wireless PC Card on a
machine that only has USB (such as a Mac).

Pre-requisties are:

Must be Mac OS 9 and X, Windows, and Linux/*BSD supported

Must be a propper PCMCIA chipset (so it can do more than wireless if
required).

Must be reasonably priced.

I remember that some Compaq USB Wireless adaptors were USB <-> PCMCIA
adaptors with a Lucent/Orinoco card inserted, put into a case.
