[MLB-WIRELESS] No digital for new radio amateurs

I think this is just another way to limit available technology to make the
'old-timers' happy. After the stink fight about foundation licenses
because it would 'pollute' the amateur spectrum, even more people are
whining that you need to know outdated and obsolete technology to use a
radio.

Digital is the future, and this scares a lot of old-timer amateurs. They
want you to know the ins and outs of radios before you can have the
privilege of a computer doing digital transmissions for you.

It's a classic ploy to keep the status quo, no matter what the cost.
